Your confirmation email has a "Manage your booking" button — tap it to view your booking, download your voucher, or cancel. If you can't find the email, go to "My Bookings", enter your booking reference and the email you booked with, and we'll send you a fresh secure link.

Yes. Just enter the guest's name as it appears on their passport or ID.

Yes. Add rooms in the search and we'll find hotels with availability for all your rooms.

As early as possible, especially during Hajj and Ramadan seasons. Prices tend to rise closer to your dates.

You are only charged once your booking is confirmed — usually within a few minutes of booking. If it can't be confirmed, you aren't charged.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

The currency shown on the booking page. Your bank may apply a small conversion fee if it differs from your card currency.

It depends on the rate you chose. Free cancellation bookings can be cancelled before the deadline for a full refund. Non-refundable bookings carry no refund once confirmed.

Go to "My Bookings", find your booking, and click "Cancel Booking". You'll see whether a refund applies before confirming.

This is very rare. If it happens, you'll get a full refund automatically and we'll help you find an alternative.

Yes. All hotels on our platform are sourced from established hotel suppliers and have been reviewed for quality.

Room and any meal plan shown (e.g. breakfast). Some hotels charge additional taxes at check-in — these are clearly shown before you book.

You can add a note in the special requests field when booking. The hotel will do their best, but it's not guaranteed.

We specialise in hotels near Masjid al-Haram (Makkah) and Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (Madinah). Perfect for Umrah pilgrims.

Most pilgrims go to Makkah first for Umrah, then visit Madinah. But there's no religious requirement — choose what suits your travel plans.

A free matching service for pilgrims travelling alone. Tell us your dates and preferences at nearharamain.com/find-companion and we match you with a compatible companion or a small group (2 to 6 travellers) leaving from your part of the world at a similar time.

When you sign up you tell us your gender, and matching is strictly same-gender: men are only matched with men, and women with women. Cross-gender matching is not possible in our system.

Only after everyone in a proposed match says yes. Before that, other travellers see just your first name, departure city and travel preferences — never your email or phone number.

Open the private dashboard link from any Find a Companion email we sent you. From there you can edit your details, pause or resume matching, relist for a new trip, or withdraw completely. Every email also has a one-click unsubscribe link.

No — we introduce, but we do not vet, screen or verify travellers. Get to know each other before committing: a group video call is a good first step, never send money to someone you haven't met, and book your own rooms and flights. You can report anyone who behaves inappropriately from your dashboard.
