Booking

No. You book with just your name and email. We send everything to your email, no login needed.

Go to "My Bookings" and enter your booking reference and access token. Both are in your confirmation email.

Yes. Just enter the guest's name as it appears on their passport or ID.

Yes. Add rooms in the search and we'll find hotels with availability for all your rooms.

As early as possible, especially during Hajj and Ramadan seasons. Prices tend to rise closer to your dates.

Payment

Your card is authorised when you book. The actual charge happens once the hotel confirms — usually within a few minutes.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

The currency shown on the booking page. Your bank may apply a small conversion fee if it differs from your card currency.

Cancellation & Refunds

It depends on the rate you chose. Free cancellation bookings can be cancelled before the deadline for a full refund. Non-refundable bookings carry no refund once confirmed.

Go to "My Bookings", find your booking, and click "Cancel Booking". You'll see whether a refund applies before confirming.

5-7 business days back to the card you paid with. Sometimes faster.

This is very rare. If it happens, you'll get a full refund automatically and we'll help you find an alternative.

Hotels

We compare rates from trusted wholesale hotel suppliers to find you the best deal. Same hotel, better price.

Yes. All hotels on our platform are sourced from established hotel suppliers and have been reviewed for quality.

Room and any meal plan shown (e.g. breakfast). Some hotels charge additional taxes at check-in — these are clearly shown before you book.

You can add a note in the special requests field when booking. The hotel will do their best, but it's not guaranteed.

Umrah

We specialise in hotels near Masjid al-Haram (Makkah) and Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (Madinah). Perfect for Umrah pilgrims.

Most pilgrims go to Makkah first for Umrah, then visit Madinah. But there's no religious requirement — choose what suits your travel plans.

Not yet. We focus on hotels for now. For visa info, check with the Saudi embassy in your country.

Many hotels offer free shuttle services. Look for the shuttle badge when searching.
